Actually I think it has been wonderful for Marvel. It has given us great shows like Ultimate Spider-Man and Avengers EMH. And Disney has pretty much let Marvel do their thing.

Let me put it really simply or you.

Marvel is now owned by THE largest animation company in the west, which means an increase in Marvel animated content.
Marvel are no strangers to producing comics aimed at other demographics:

And Disney are no stranger to making fucked up things.

Now kindly, stop whining.

Oh but Marvel is going to make so much kiddy stuff now. Because they clearly never made kid comics before. Except that most of their tie-in material is marketed to kids,m and they have had several imprints aimed towards children since before Disney bought them.

And really, haven't Disneymade fucked up things in the past? Even some of their modern stuff can be creepy at times.

That Marvel show (forget what it's called, but it looks like little kid action figures running around) is actually pretty cool. I don't personally find it entertaining, but raising the hype about marvel to a new generation is a great thing no matter how you do it in my book.

I agree, it's great to see younger kids knowing who Captain America, Thor, and Iron Man are.

I was first introduced to Captain America and Iron Man from that Spider-Man cartoon in the 90's. Cartoons are a great gateway to comics.
