Plasmids
Some Plasmids in Bioshock 2 are slightly different to the original, so these may be specific to Delta only.

Electro Bolt
Uses (All)
Stun target.
The targeted more vulnerable to other attacks.
Turrets, security cameras and bots can temporally be disabled.
If multiple targets are standing in water, they can all be stunned.

Uses (Delta)
Can be charged to fire in a continuous electrical arc, shocking all enemies in a radius and dealing continuous damage.
Can also create chain lightning.

Incinerate!
Uses (All)
Burns target for a short time period.
Can burn others who come into contact with the affected target.

Uses (Delta)
Can be used to create a fireball, igniting enemies within a short radius.
Can be used like a flamethrower.
