I did say most Kombatants.
There are a few who are really durable such as Onaga (who is not in this match) surviving the castle destroying explosion by Raiden when powered by the kamidogu but most of the Mortal Kombat cast would be obliterated by the same thing.
The durability problem with Mortal Kombat is that most are nearly featless in that regard.
They are generally pain tolerant and can survive stuff that would normally kill people or incapacitate them.

I would say that Raiden, Sub-Zero, and Scorpion have the durability to match Tifa. I think Kano might've survived something similar to Tifa with the column, but that's about it.

To be fair, Tifa does manage to toss Cloud + his fully assembled Fusion Swords a couple hundred feet in the air, plus through Bahamut SIN/Tremor's giant flare. I'm not remotely buying DB's "The blue stuff is a mach cone" bit as that was purely done in an effort to give Tifa at least one calc they could use for her strength that didn't involve the game and the movie has Cloud glowing blue plenty of times when he's getting ready to Limit Break.

However, this should be doable in some fashion, at least for a ballpark number. Cloud is 21 years old and 5'8- English translation apparently got his height wrong according to the following article.
Side note: Holy shit some people delve so deeply into whether Cloud looks effeminate or not- good lord. He's a dude who dressed in drag to save the girl- hardly the first to do so in all of fiction and hardly the first to actually get hit on while doing it.

Man At Arms made a replica of the Buster Sword that weighed 80 pounds- out of aluminum- not iron or steel. Also I happen to think they made their version thinner than Cloud's as they typically alter designs if they're unreasonable- for example forging the Keyblade as an axe. So this number is definitely too low out of principle.
For reference using this site
https://www.industrialmetalsupply.com/Weight-Calculator
1 foot cubed for various materials is:
446.4453 lbs - Cast Iron
281.7849 - Titanium
176.6179 - Aluminum 7178
490.0608 - Steel (Default)

Coincidentally, this coincides with the rough number I've read for Aluminum vs Steel, 2.5x.
The Fusion Sword is longer, wider, and generally bigger in every way compared to the Buster Sword. But as the last time I calc'd the Fusion Sword was on the mainland- I'll just multiply the listed 80 pounds by 2.5 for 200 pounds. Cloud himself should weight roughly 150 pounds for a total of 350 pounds. Tifa managed to throw that, from basically a dead-stop in the sky, at least a hundred feet into the air (probably more) and through a giant ball of energy that Cloud is clearly struggling to pierce through (unquantifiable as that may be).
And here's where I sign off atm because going further is going to involve a lot of Googling and I have pizza's to make.

I'm bored and procrastinating (mostly the latter), so a real rough and dirty calc and to make it easy on me (mostly I don't have a whole lotta tools to better calc things).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hF2wr2puZu8 Feat I think you and AoO were talking about.

Anyways, really quick and easy:
PE=mgh
Mass of cloud 350lbs
Gravity (assuming Earth-like): 9.8m/s^2
Height: 100ft (lowball)

350lbs*9.8m/s^2*100ft
47,421.4494 J for energy of the throw.

Which means she would've thrown in ~24.4m/s (Ek1=Ug1. Therefore, v=sqrt(2gh))
His impulse/momentum would be 3,873.67884 kg*m/s (p=mv)
Assuming it took about 1s for Tifa to accelerate Cloud so the force should be about 3873.67884 N (Fnet=ma)
The whole thing took about 17s before Cloud got thrown up again so that'd be about 2,789.49702 W of power. (P=E/t)

For Vsbattle terms, the Joules = just over 1 ton of TNT.

Personally I'm somewhat torn on whether it's acceptable to put the Flare in or not. On the one hand, the movie did make it pretty clear Cloud could carve through chunks of building (even back when he had the 'stigma as he does it prior to Bahamut's battle) and leave massive dents in steel without as much effort as he was showing in that Flare, which was visibly and audibly causing him to struggle to be pushing through it. Given that Cloud can't fly- this would presumably still be the result of Tifa's toss.
But the idea of insisting the Flare be rated like he's pushing through a solid building is obviously something I don't like. It's heavier than the air around him for sure but beyond that I've no idea what to put it as. Water perhaps? Or perhaps the constant pressure output by an explosion? We do know a far smaller Flare threw hundreds of people into the air and tossed them a good dozen feet so it's not like the latter isn't supported slightly.

Survives being impaled, but is dying. He survives for minutes before Raiden heals him.

Cage also has that green glow, but that's entirely situational.
