Eh, that particular scan might not be 100% he has a Spider-Sense so much as the event was so great that literally everyone couldn't help but feel it. He have any showings besides that of Spider-Sense or nah?

Although, in the context of Death Battle, we have 2099 being given Spider-Sense permanently seemingly in the Shattered Dimensions game and its sequel he still has it. Considering they love using composites and all..

Spider-Verse is canon, its referenced in the main universe and has crossed back over since then (Spider-Gwen has semi regularly hung out in 616 and Miles has gone back and forth between 616 and 65 as well as even going to the DC universe).

The game Shattered Dimensions is the somewhat questionable one, on one hand the wiki lists it as a different reality number, but the Tablet thats the maguffin of the game appeared in the crossover between 616 Pete and Miles when he was in the Ultimate Universe.

Edit: reread the Spider-Men crossover I thought the tablet showed up in, was incorrect does not appear there.

Oh, and as far as light sensitivity his suit compensates for it (which...makes sense since outside of the suit he has to wear sunglasses the suit would probably have to compensate somehow)
