R1: No Berserker Armor for Guts

Given that Cap is a bullet-timer, and his shield when properly used can slice through metal, I'm inclined to think he can take round 1 with ease. Willing to power through pain/injury or not- Guts is not immune to having a bank-shot nail him in the head and possibly remove said head- or at the least offer a heavy and dizzying impact which leads to a follow-up kill.

Round 2 I don't know- Berserker armor augments Guts' physical abilities and also allows him to regenerate to some degree.
