This isn't my own, but I found this somewhere and I love it.

Roses are red
Violets are blue
I have a gun
Get in the van.

I made a paper plane
It flew pretty far
I couldn't catch it
It fell in a puddle
I cried
End

I stand on the precipice,
And stare into the abyss,
I am lost without you,
My heart trembles,
I stumble,
I reach out my hand,
Time slows,
I wait for your hand,
Pain lingers,
Loss grows,
I fall,
Or do I?

Time stands still,
The pain turns to agony,
I wait,
For my love.

My eyes water,
My heart aches,
My stomach churns,
It's all too much.

I fall.

literally just wrote a song kinda meh but here it is

I cant hold you up forever.
Your running out of mistakes,
and my patience is wearing thin.
Without me you'd find yourself fragmented, dismembered.
I will not be your crutch again.

I was born of nothing,
It was born of need.
I am just a vessel
He is the one better perceived.
It was born of jackal
Not the same breed as myself.
Soon he'll be unshackled,
emerging from the remembrance of someone else

I refuse to let you over shadow.
I've got to stay awake.
I refuse to be overshadowed.
i wont let you over take.

When you cant break from heart ache
You leave yourself overexposed.
When you wake to replay every mistake
You cant keep yourself composed.
When your sick of the fake diety you forsake
I enter unopposed.

Chorus *i am primer than you
i am finer than you
there is no need for these two because i am finer than you
i am primer than you
i am finer than you
I'l be whats left when we come through for i am primer than you*

This is pain
your enemies lay destroyed
psychosis vain
This phantom can't fill the void

I refuse to let you over shadow
I've got to stay awake
I refuse to be overshadowed
i wont let you over take

i am your protector
soon to be defector
you will loose all your memories
no longer a mere specter
but consequence director
you will loose yourself in me

This is pain
your enemies lay destroyed
psychosis vain
This phantom can't fill the void

I am the singer of my own song
I am the righter of my own wrongs
the creator of my own strengths
I am strong
a free thinker
I need not string you along

*chorus*

Alas the old gods have perished,
And none now dwell who mourn for their passing,
Instead their holy places have been forgotten and ruined,
Under endless river time in which all things are shadowed.

Whom shall weep for the elder gods?
Who fell beneath the sword of the cross,
Their golden blood staining baneful blade,
A abominable desecration of maddened flame,
Of zeal by men who claimed they fought for god,
But who did not understand their own religion,
Let alone the ancient knowledge of gods now gone.

Proud Apollo has been vanquished,
And Pan has fled his shepherds flock,
Into shadows the old gods wander,
Where none now can tell where time will twist.

To the halcyon days the gods now fade,
Of a time when the cross and crescent did sleep,
And when they danced joyous upon primeval peak,
Of which the lost eons,
Forever keep.

This year is coming,
To it's jolly end,
No thanks to those Mayans,
No apocalypse trend,
The world turned on,
Round and around,
The days kept on coming,
We all found,

With men sat on thrones,
And women slaving away,
Their kids running riot,
Like all hell's to pay,
Santa was coming,
On his merry way,
Snuggled in their beds,
They waited for Christmas day,

Now Christmas was here,
And now it has past,
No tinsel, nor tree,
These days have gone fast,
Just people sat around,
Gorging on food and beer,
awaiting glad tidings,
Of the coming new year.

A torn out heart is red,
an oxygen starved face is blue,
you better start running boy,
because I am after you!
